If you’re a big fan of NCIS: Los Angeles, you might be interested in some of the guest stars. They may not be part of the regular NCIS LA cast, but they contribute significantly to the show. Here’s a list of who plays your favorite recurring characters.
Anna Kolcheck
Bar Paly is the actress who plays Anna Kolcheck. Her first credited appearance on NCIS: Los Angeles was in the episode “Matryoshka Part 1” in 2016. Prior to that, she made two uncredited appearances in 2015. Despite the fact that Paly’s character was romantically linked to Callen, she returned to the show to deliver an important message to the agent. She needed to inform Callen that he was in danger and that he would need to collaborate with his adversary to put an end to a trafficking ring.
Arkady Kolcheck
Vyto Ruginis portrays Arkady. His character first appeared in NCIS: Los Angeles Season 1 Episode 7, titled Pushback, in 2009. Ruginis’ first role was in the 1985 television series American Playhouse. He appeared in the film Jumpin’ Jack Flash the following year. Ruginis’ other acting credits include appearances on Murd3r, She Wrote, Law & Order, and JAG.
Shyla
Kavi Ramachandran Ladnier plays Shyla Dahr. One of her first acting roles was in “Lucas Platonicus,” a 1997 episode of Cosby. Ladnier appeared in the episode “Enemy” of Law & Order in 2004.
Ladnier made her daytime drama debut as Dr. V in a 2012 episode of General Hospital. In 2016, she portrayed Elaine Simmons in the episode “Drive.” Ladnier’s other acting credits include CSI: Miami, The Sex Lives of College Girls, Heroes, and Dwelling.
Kirkin
Ravil Isyanov’s portrayal of Anatoli Kirkin on NCIS: Los Angeles delighted fans. His character was first introduced in Season 4, Episode 13 (titled “Wanted”) in 2013.
Back in the USSR, a 1992 film, was one of Isyanov’s early roles. That same year, he portrayed Yakov in the TV film Stalin. In the 1995 film Hackers, he played a Russian hacker.
Isyanov appeared in The Man Who Made Husbands Jealous two years later, in 1997. For three episodes, he played Boris Levitsky. Other credits include appearances in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, JAG, NCIS, Prison Break, and 24. Isyanov passed away on September 29, 2021.
Raymond Hanna
Richard Gant plays Sam Hanna’s father, Raymond Hanna. He made his debut as Raymond Hanna in NCIS: Los Angeles Season 13 Episode 20 (titled “Work & Family”).
Gant made his film debut in the 1980 film Night of the Juggler. That same year, he appeared in the television film Attica. Other television appearances include The Wonder Years, Greenleaf, Men of a Certain Age, General Hospital, and Special Unit 2.
Aiden Hanna
Tye White portrays Aiden Hanna. He made his NCIS: Los Angeles debut in season 6 episode 11 (titled “Humbug”) in 2014. One of White’s first roles was in the 2010 short film Hopeless. That same year, he starred in the film Life of the Party as the character LeBron. Other films in which White has appeared include American Auto, Chicago Fire, and American Cr1me Story.
The character Aiden Hanna has a sister named Kamran Hanna. Kayla Smith plays Kamran in the film. She made her first appearance on NCIS: Los Angeles in season 12 episode 6, “If the Fates Allow.” Smith has appeared in films such as All American, Star, Black Lightning, and Switched at Birth.
