MEDALION RAHIMI is one of the stars of NCIS Los Angeles. But is the actor married in real life?
NCIS LA fans will know Medalion Rahimi best as special agent Fatima Namazi, who has been part of the team for the last few seasons. However, some might be interested to know a bit more about the star outside of the television series.
Is NCIS star Medalion Rahimi married in real-life?
NCIS first introduced star Rahimi to the world of the CBS series in a number of guest roles.
She starred in a 2014 episode of NCIS as Lila before appearing in NCIS New Orleans as Jazmine in 2018.
The star then landed a recurring part in the show’s spin-off show NCIS LA back in 2019 as Fatima.
The special agent was first introduced during a tense storyline which saw the team hunting for a terrorist cell.
At one point it was suggested she might head to Washington DC to join the main NCIS team.
However, she instead decided to stay in California and continue to help out G Callen (Chris O’Donnell) and Sam Hanna (LL Cool J).
Following this, she appeared eight times in the series before TV Line confirmed she had been promoted.
In February 2020, it was announced she had been upgraded to a series regular on the show.
Given Rahimi likes to keep her relationships private, it does not seem like she is married.
If the actor does have a significant other in her life, the relationship is out of the public eye.
Rahimi has also not been publicly linked to anyone in the past either.
The star does keep fans updated on her life via her Instagram account, however.
Therefore, if she plans to share any more about her personal life, it’s likely to be here.
At the moment, the star mainly posts pictures of her life living in California as well as pictures of her family.
She also keeps fans updated on all things NCIS and has posted about her character in the past.
Following the finale of season 11, she took to Instagram to thank her fans for all of their support.
Alongside an image of Fatima, she wrote: “Seeing stars after the season XI finale of @ncisla.
“So beyond grateful for everyone who’s been supportive during this career endeavour.
“To the cast and crew, thank you for making me feel like I always belonged to the family.
“To the fans, thank you for welcoming me with enthusiasm and for finding a little nook in your hearts for Fatima.
“And finally to all the girls who finally get to see someone that might look even a little like them represented on TV, I see you, I love you, I do this for you.”
Fans wanting to see more of the actor can also check out her other projects outside of NCIS.
This includes playing Princess Zara Al-Salim in three episodes of The Catch and Princess Isabella in Still Star-Crossed.
Rahimi has also played parts in shows like The Outpost, Scandal and My Dead Ex.
She is expected to return as Fatima in season 12 of NCIS Los Angeles when it is released.
