Binder is referring to Leroy Jethro Gibbs, who is played by Mark Harmon on the long-running show. Harmon is no longer a regular on-screen presence.
He is, however, involved as an executive producer. Let’s hope McCallum appears more frequently in Season 20. One of those well-known characters is “Ducky.”
