You don’t have to tell NCIS star Wilmer Valderrama how important the upcoming season is for the CBS show, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary. That’s correct. Season 20 of the long-running drama features Valderrama as Special Agent Nick Torres. But what does the actor think about joining this long-running franchise? He has some ideas about it.
“It’s been a magical experience,” Valderrama told Entertainment Tonight. “To be able to have spinoffs with cast and actors who love the brand and we can all coexist.” It adds to its uniqueness.” Torres did have a romance with Special Agent Eleanor Bishop, who was played by Emily Wickersham. However, the actress has since left the show, and we have yet to see Nick have another romantic interlude.
‘NCIS’ Wilmer Valderrama Prepares For Crossover Event With Spinoff
Valderrama, on the other hand, has recently let the proverbial cat out of the bag about something. What exactly is it, you ask? On September 19, NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i will participate in a crossover event. That means the original show will air at 9 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. Central, followed by a spinoff starring Vanessa Lachey.
Valderrama, on the other hand, recently posted some photos on Instagram. Lachey appears in one of them as Jane Tennant in a scene with Valderrama’s Torres. Indeed, Valderrama captioned these photos, “Crossover premiere event anyone?” A Family Matter on NCIS and Prisoner’s Dilemma on NCIS: Hawai’i will be the titles of these episodes. It will be interesting to see how this crossover pans out.
The actor also donates his time to the USO.
Meanwhile, as you can see, Valderrama keeps his fans up to date on the show. When Season 20 of the show began filming in July, the Nick Torres actor shared a first-day video. Looking at it, it appears that Brian Dietzen, Katrina Law, Sean Murray, and Diona Reasonover are among the cast members. During the crossover event, look for Law and Valderrama to appear on NCIS: Hawai’i.
While the actor is busy with his show, one thing that Valderrama does is donate time to the USO. He has been known to travel to other countries and pay visits to soldiers serving in the field. When it comes to that aspect of his life, he will also share glimpses of his travels with his fans. He’s a multi-talented actor and performer who adores his profession. Of course, his long-time fans remember him as Fez on the Fox sitcom That ’70s Show.
