Former ‘NCIS’ star Pauley Perrette recently delighted fans with an Instagram post featuring a joyful reunion, though it wasn’t the ‘NCIS’ comeback many hoped for.
The photo captured Perrette alongside Brian Dietzen (Jimmy Palmer on “NCIS”) and Kirsten Vangsness (Penelope Garcia on “Criminal Minds”) at a Sarah McLachlan concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Her playful caption read, “NO CR1ME WAS COMMITTED HERE! just me and @briankdietzen and @kirstenvangsness at the @hollywoodbowl seeing the Amazing Icon @officialsarahmclachlan just beautiful.”
Fans were ecstatic, sending heart emojis and sentiments of love in response to the post.
A New Chapter for Perrette
While this reunion may not be the long-awaited “NCIS” gathering, it offers a heartwarming look into Perrette’s life post-show. Since leaving “NCIS” in 2017 and the cancellation of her sitcom “Broke” in 2020, she has embraced life outside acting, focusing on personal pursuits and charity work. Perrette announced her retirement in a 2020 tweet, saying, “I finally and happily retired! … I only answer to God and animals and plants now. WOOT!!!”
Though she has stepped away from the spotlight, Perrette stays active on social media and continues to participate in charity activities.
