‘NCIS’: Sean Murray Has Officially Broken One of Mark Harmon’s Major Records

Sean Murray of NCIS fame has accomplished something quite remarkable in that he has been credited with appearing in more episodes than Mark Harmon. Murray is currently only one episode behind David McCallum, who plays NCIS historian Donald “Ducky” Mallard.

However, Murray has appeared in the most episodes since IMDb began crediting Harmon and McCallum when they should not have. Murray has appeared in 438 episodes of the series as of the most recent episode, according to IMDb.

Murray’s long tenure on the procedural is quite an accomplishment. He’s matured from an awkward rookie to a lovable NCIS agent, husband, and father.

The CBS Show’s ‘NCIS’ Reunion With Former Cast Members Is Long Overdue.

Murray is still on NCIS, so a reunion with some of his former coworkers is long overdue. Fans have been clamoring for more Ziva David since Cote de Pablo’s arc in Season 17, especially with Michael Weatherly’s Tony DiNozzo by her side. Of course, it wouldn’t be a reunion unless Mark Harmon’s Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Pauley Perrette’s Abby Sciuto made an appearance.

However, gathering the entire gang may only be for the sake of dreams. You never know what will happen as long as NCIS is on the air, according to PopCulture.

Season 21 of the CBS series has been renewed. We shouldn’t be concerned about McGee’s departure as long as nothing traumatic occurs in the Season 20 finale. A great deal has changed over the years. Agents have come and gone, but McGee has remained and will remain, at least for the time being.

‘NCIS’ Will Work Hard To Schedule Season 21 Episodes Around This Season’s Final Shows.

With only a few episodes left in the season, no one knows what the NCIS team will get up to or what cases they will take on. This is something you will not want to miss. You will also get a taste of how the show will set up Season 21. It’s also worth watching to see what role McGee has in all of this.

In terms of Murray and Harmon, Murray stated that it was “hard” to say goodbye to Harmon from the long-running series. “I had a lot of feelings about it because, well, you know, Harmon is like a mentor to me, and saying goodbye on screen was difficult,” Murray told Entertainment Weekly. “But, at the same time, I felt that if anyone were to do it, McGee is the right one.”
