Kasie Hines (played by Diona Reasonover) and Jimmy Palmer face a life-or-d3ath situation in NCIS Season 19 Episode 13 (titled “The Helpers”). They are exposed to a biotoxin while investigating the d3ath of an intruder at Quantico.
The NCIS team jumps into action and attempts to assist Kasie and Jimmy by locating an antidote to the toxin. In their race against the clock, they seek the assistance of Dr. Carol Wilson.
Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) assists by spending time with Palmer’s daughter. Victoria goes to the office to observe her father at work for the day, but things quickly go awry.
“We’re bringing her back because she’s going to work with her dad for a day!” Dietzen explains to TV Line. “As a result, the circumstances under which she returns aren’t all that bad. But, as is customary in the NCIS universe, what happens afterwards becomes a little trickier than was originally planned.”
Torres tries to distract Victoria from what is going on. He doesn’t want her to be concerned about Jimmy, especially since she recently lost her mother. Torres, meanwhile, should be able to take a break from his own problems while keeping Victoria company.
During NCIS Season 19 Episode 12, we saw him express his grief over his father’s abandonment. He’s also still coming to terms with the d3aths of Gibbs (played by Mark Harmon) and Bishop (played by Emily Wickersham). Elle Graper is the actress who plays Jimmy Palmer’s daughter. She made her Broadway debut in Matilda, Sleeping Beauty and Her Winter Night, and It’s a Wonderful Life. Graper made his television debut in a 2021 episode of Sesame Street titled “Family Day.” She appeared in The Many Streets of Newark the same year.
Breena Palmer, Jimmy Palmer’s wife
Michelle Pierce plays the character of Breena Palmer. She has appeared in six episodes of NCIS. Breena, a mortician, first appears in NCIS Season 7, Episode 16 (titled “Mother’s Day”). Jimmy begins the episode by ecstatic because he received a text from Breena. She agrees to go on a date with him in the text.
Breena will appear again in Season 7, Episode 20 (titled “Moonlighting”). This scene begins with Jimmy proudly showing Ziva photos of him and Breena on dates. They spent time in Baltimore and got henna tattoos that matched.
