‘NCIS Hawaii’ star Noah Mills speaks about season 3 “There will be major changes”

NCIS: Hawai’i star Noah Mills has hinted that the team will undergo significant changes in season 3.

The season 2 finale of the NCIS spin-off series, led by Vanessa Lachey (Love Is Blind), airs next week, amid a difficult storyline for Special Agent-in-Charge Jane Tennant. When a former MI6 agent is murd3red, Lachey’s character becomes a prime suspect and goes to great lengths to find the true k1ller, fearing that her CIA past will be revealed.

Her disappearance causes tensions in the team, which will be carried over into an already confirmed third chapter, according to Mills, who plays Tennant’s second Jesse Boone.

“There are some major changes coming to Season 3 and it will be a different dynamic, I’ll put it that way, in the beginning of Season 3,” Mills told ET.

“And I’m sure there will be some awkward adjustments and new relationships that we’ll have to explore during season 3, which I think will be really fun and a little tense.”

Mills also confirmed that Tennant will have to make some difficult decisions, one of which is reaching out to her CIA mentor Maggie Shaw, played by Julie White.

“[Tennant’s] past and some of her emotional decisions do put other people in jeopardy and pull us out of our job description,” Mills said.

“Tennant is an emotional character who is especially charged in this two-parter because it involves her past and Maggie Shaw.” It’ll be interesting to see what the NCIS higher-ups have to say about her legally.”
