Daniela Ruah is taking care of her health and inviting her fans to join her on her wellness journey.
The NCIS: Los Angeles star, whose tenure on the NBC procedural concludes in May after fourteen seasons, opened up to her followers about a recent health check-up.
Following the update, fans praised her for her candor and expressed hope that the test would yield positive results.
Daniela took to Instagram to share an update from her recent visit to Prenuvo, a new company for “proactive whole-body MRI screening,” which has recently been promoted by various celebrities and influencers, including Daniela, The Vampire Diaries stars Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder, Jane the Virgin actor Jaime Camil, and influencers Christina “Tinx” Najjar and Brittany Xavier.
“Hey everyone, this is a long, long overdue update about my head-to-toe scan at Prenuvo that I did in January,” Daniela said in the new video, which was released on Monday.
“If you remember from my last post, I was concerned about my migraines and my family history of strokes,” she explained.
Daniela shared some good news with her fans, saying, “Fortunately, no indicators were found that I am in danger in the near future, so I was relieved about that.”
“I got my results on the app, which was extremely easy to use actually,” she added, promoting the company. “The things that were healthy showed up in green, the things that were found that did not need immediate attention showed up in yellow… Things that would be dangerous for us are highlighted in red, and I didn’t have any of those.”
“All of the other things that were found were very normal for my age, and I was very happy with the results, so I’ll be going back in a year or two to check on myself again,” she concluded. You should look into it as well.”
Fans reacted positively to the positive results and praised her for being open about her health journey, writing in the comments section of the post, “I am sooooo happy and relieved that they didn’t find any dangerous things or warning signs,” and “That’s wonderful news!” “I’m sure you and your family are exhaling a sigh of relief,” as well as: “That’s fantastic news. Congratulations, Dani, and stay safe.”
