NCIS’ Pauley Perrette has enraged fans by revealing her new look following a rare public appearance at a star-studded event.
Pauley Parrette is no stranger to wearing bright colors, but the former NCIS star upped her game in a recent photo. Taking to social media earlier this week, the actress shared a slew of photos from a rare public appearance at a Human Rights Campaign event, showcasing her vibrant ensemble.
Former NCIS star Perrette may have stepped away from the spotlight, but she hasn’t shied away from supporting a cause she cares about.
Perrette made a rare public appearance this week when she dressed up for the Human Rights Campaign’s 2023 Los Angeles Dinner, which she has previously attended.
The actress was joined by Justin Mikita, Cheyenne Jackson, Joel Kim Booster, Scott Evans, and Jake Choi, all of whom were showing their support for the campaign.
Perrette didn’t disappoint, matching her rainbow-colored hair with an equally colorful outfit that included a floral a-line dress and black knee-high boots.
After her appearance, the actress took to Instagram to share photos from the dinner.
The first photo showed her and her pal Joey posing on the red carpet together.
Another photo showed her cuddling up to producer Justin Mikita, who was dressed in the same colorful floral fabric as her.
She captioned one of her selfies, “Proud to have supported my beloved @humanrightscampaign @hrclosangeles #HRCdinnerLA last night.”
Perrette received a flood of comments complimenting her new look.
“Looks like a good time was had by all and lots of love shared by all,” one fan, @Mdbuck7, said. Pauley, you look amazing and beautiful as always.”
“You are such a beautiful person inside and out!! *Hugs from afar!!” wrote another user, @authormariedaley. “Remain You!!”
@bradtrageser13 said, “Beautiful photos as always Pauley,” and @allysunmoonstar added, “Great photos Pauley!” Beautiful gown! “You looked stunning!”
Since saying goodbye to her long-running NCIS character Abby Sciuto, Perrette has devoted more time to charitable causes and public appearances.
After 15 years on the show, the actress announced her departure from the procedural drama in 2018.
The 54-year-old never officially revealed the true reason for her departure, though it was speculated that a rift with another cast member was to blame.
Following her departure, Perrette told CBS Sunday Morning that, while leaving the long-running drama was her choice, she was “still grieving.”
Despite the fact that fans aren’t getting their Perrette fix on NCIS, she frequently updates her Instagram followers on her life.
In another recent Instagram post, the actress showed off a tattoo on her back.
It featured two stick figures on either side of her shoulders, with a large flower in the center.
“#InternationalWomensDay Be strong girls,” she captioned the post.
