Tom Selleck’s Daughter Offers Positive Update Amid Dad’s ‘Frustrating’ Exit from Blue Bloods

Tom Selleck’s daughter, Hannah, is thriving amid her father’s ongoing challenges with his role on CBS’s Blue Bloods. The 79-year-old actor and his wife, Jillie Mack, have one daughter, Hannah, 35, who has made a name for herself as a professional equestrian.

She began competing at just 10 years old and has garnered numerous accolades, including the United States Equestrian Federation Hunt Medal Finals Reserve Champion title in 2007.

Hannah recently competed in the Silo Ridge Masters in upstate New York, where she and her horse, Rumpleteazer DF, earned two medals. They began the four-day event by winning the $2,000 Curamia Tequila 1.25m Jumpers and placing second in the $10,000 Orvis 1.25m Jumper Classic. She celebrated her win on social media, thanking sponsors and sharing images of her achievements.

While Tom Selleck typically keeps his private life low-key, he has shared that a health scare with Hannah during her childhood prompted him to step back from acting in the late ’80s.

At the height of his career with Magnum P.I., he chose to prioritize his family when Hannah was hospitalized with viral pneumonia. Reflecting on that time, Tom remarked that no career opportunity was worth missing out on his family’s well-being.
