Tom Selleck and the show’s ardent fans are not ready to say goodbye to “Blue Bloods” just yet. CBS just confirmed that the long-running police procedural, which has been a Friday night television staple since its inception in 2010, will end after the next 14th season.
Selleck, who portrays New York City Police Commissioner Frank Reagan, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work on the show for the past 13 years. In an interview with TV Insider, he hinted that the decision to end the series might not sit well with its enthusiastic audience, as the show continues to enjoy robust popularity.
Despite the imminent conclusion, Selleck stated that he is not ready to retire from acting and hopes to continue working for as long as feasible. He stated that his character, Frank Reagan, shares his reluctance to leave the job, demonstrating an unwavering dedication to duty.
While other cast members have yet to comment on the show’s finale, behind-the-scenes glimpses from the upcoming season have been shared, indicating an emotional farewell for the beloved Reagan family.❤️

CBS IS CRAZY. PEOPLE LIVE THIS SHOW. IVE BEEN A FAN SINCE DAY ONE. EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT AT 10 PM. I WATCH ALL THE RERUNS ALL THE TIME. I WATCH THE RERUNS OVER, AND OVER AGAIN. I LIKEVIT BECAUSR IT HAS ALL THE THRILL AND FAMILY AND POLITICS ALL ROLLED UP IN ONE AND THEY DONT
HAVE TO USE CHEAP HARDCORE VIOLANCE LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER COP SHOWS. THIS IS A CLASSY SHOW WITH TASTE. DONT CANCEL THE SHOW!

In these times when The Law enforcement community needs our respect and our support you choose to go along with “Hollywood “ and stop a show that stands for justice and American values at their finest. GOD ,Family and justice . You have a loved experienced cast with a devoted fan base . You have the money and a time slot that does not need to be filled with anymore shows that offer empty entertainment . Take a stand ! Listen
Best show on Friday, don’t cancel it. It is a down to earth family show, showing what is like to live in a police officer home. It is a great show for the old and the young. Please don’t cancel it.
