When NCIS returns from its winter break, the cast has a few surprises in store for fans.
As previously stated, the NCIS return date is finally set for February 28th.
If it appears that the show hasn’t aired in a while, that’s because it hasn’t. Torres was undercover as a cage fighter when we last saw him in a new episode, and he was going through a lot of difficulties.
NCIS fans will now be treated to an episode co-written by Brian Dietzen, who also stars on the show as Dr. Jimmy Palmer. And Dietzen has some very notable guests who will be appearing on the night.

NCIS Season 19, Episode 13 Cast
NCIS fans will see the return of actress Meredith Eaton as Dr. Carol Wilson, as mentioned in the synopsis above. This is a character we haven’t seen in a long time, but she will be summoned to save the day. Carol was Abby Sciuto’s best friend on the show, and she appeared in a few episodes to assist with some difficult cases.
Michelle Pierce will appear as Breena Palmer in this episode as a special guest star. When the incident in the episode occurs, Jimmy appears to have a hallucination or flashback, which leads to Breena’s return to the show. Breen Palmer d1ed in Season 18 of NCIS, so this is the first time we’ve seen her in a long time.
Elle Graper is another fantastic guest star set to join the NCIS cast for The Helpers. She will appear on the show as Victoria Palmer, the daughter of Jimmy and Breena Palmer. Victoria will be accompanying her father to work on this special day, so we will see more of Jimmy’s personal life on display. This will be the first time we see Victoria in her younger years on the show.

The NCIS: Los Angeles return date was also recently announced, so fans of the NCIS spin-off can begin to get excited about the show’s return to television. It was pre-empted by NFL action and then removed from the air as the Winter Olympics aired on NBC. It is about to return now.
NCIS: LA rumors about the show’s cancellation have also surfaced among fans. Those rumors began when one of the cast members used the hashtag “finalseason” in an Instagram post.
