NCIS Bombshell: Super Bowl Commercial Implies Ziva David’s Story is Not Over Yet!

The Super Bowl commercials on Sunday had a lot in store for viewers. One was a hint that Ziva David, who left the “NCIS” cast in 2013, would return.

The character of Ziva David, played by Cote de Pablo, was mentioned in a promotional advertisement for the show’s next episode. Fans of the show may be in for a wild surprise.

Gibbs was played by Mark Harmon in the promo. In the video, he becomes enraged when it is suggested that Ziva is the subject of an investigation. “Don’t tell me about Ziva!” he exclaims.

The February 12 episode will go into the search for details about a nine-year-old girl that the team finds.

The young lady’s name, according to E Online, is Lily Burke. She had been hiding in a storage unit and was clearly malnourished and disoriented when she was discovered. Her identity as the daughter of a Navy recruit is revealed by the team.

As they progress, Bishop discovers notes prepared by Ziva. The latter carried on the case after she left and allegedly d1ed on the show. The team also discovered Ziva had a daughter.

Her deceased daughter was fathered by co-agent Anthony DiNozzo. Ziva had an off-screen d3ath after which her remains remained lost.

It’s not clear what the link is between Ziva’s notes and a possible return. Any appearance by the beloved actress, on the other hand, would excite fans.

Another actress who left the “NCIS” series is Pauley Perrette. After a 15-season run as Abby Sciuto forensic specialist, Perrette was replaced.
