Mark Harmon is best known for his role as Leroy Gibbs in NCIS, which he played for 18 seasons.

Mark has kept a low profile since retiring in 2021, spending his extra free time with his family, including his actress wife, Pam Dawber.

Furthermore, Mark and Pam have a sizable net worth to support them during their downtime, with the couple worth over ten million dollars.

Mark has a net worth of $120 million. Between 2003 and 2021, his role as the lead actor and executive producer on NCIS helped secure a large portion of his fortune.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Mark was paid $525,000 per episode and earned $20 million per year when his producer credits and syndication royalties were added.

Mark and Pam also have a sizable property portfolio, which contributes to their earnings. The couple owns a $15 million home in Brentwood, Los Angeles, where they have lived for over two decades.

They also paid $610,000 for a hilltop home in Malibu in 1998, which is now worth more than $10 million.

Pam, on the other hand, is worth $10 million. She is best known for her portrayal of Mindy McConnell on Mork & Mindy, in which she co-starred with Robin Williams.

Between 1986 and 1988, she played Samantha Russell in My Sister Sam. Other film roles include A Wedding, Stay Tuned, and The Face of Fear. She even made an appearance on NCIS in 2021.

Pam gave up acting full-time after having two sons with Mark, Sean, 35, and Ty, 30, in order to spend more time with her children. Mark, 71, will increase his net worth even more this year, as it was announced in February that he will return to acting.

He has signed with Gersh, one of America’s leading talent agencies, which represents a roster of award-winning clients, including actors, writers, producers, and directors. While Mark’s plans following his recent signing have yet to be revealed, we imagine the star has projects in the works.

Fans of Mark are also hoping that Agent Gibbs will return to NCIS one day. In a recent interview with TV Insider, Mark’s friend and co-star Rocky Carroll addressed the possibility. “We might see Gibbs again,” he speculated.

“I believe that as long as this show is on the air, there will always be a hint that we might see Gibbs again.”Gibbs serves as the moral compass. “He’s the moral compass we all wish we had,” he continued.

The cast and crew of the show have repeatedly expressed their desire to see Mark return to the set and have teased his possible return.

“I really, truly believe that the Gibbs could pop up somewhere,” Sean Murray, who plays Timothy McGee, told Parade last year. I firmly believe that such a scenario is possible.”

Showrunner Steven D. Binder expressed his desire for Mark’s return as well, telling TV Insider, “I don’t see how we don’t see him one more time at some point.”
