Daniela Ruah is preparing to leave her role as Kensi Blye on NCIS: Los Angeles next month, but she appears to be keeping busy with her work on an upcoming Netflix Portugal drama titled Rabo De Peixe (Turn of the Tide).

The actress, who has been a regular on the NBC cr1me drama since 2009, shared a poster for the new show on Instagram with the caption: “It’s coming…”

Daniela’s role in the Netflix show is still unknown, but she has been photographed on set with a number of the cast and crew.

One image even showed the actress working behind the scenes of production, possibly indicating that she is working behind the camera for Rabo De Peixe.

Daniela has previously worked as a director on NCIS, having been in charge of six episodes, so it wouldn’t be surprising if she was adding more directing gigs to her resume.

Rabo De Peixe is a Netflix original film that tells the story of four friends whose lives are “changed forever after the arrival of a ton of cocaine.”

Fans were ecstatic about the series’ appearance and took to the comments section to express their delight. “As you know, I’ve been waiting for this show since they [announced] it,” one person wrote.

“How thrilling!” “I hope Netflix Italy will also broadcast it, so I’ll see you,” said another, while a third added, “Amazing poster!!” I want to watch the series! Congratulations.”

In the meantime, Daniela is currently hosting the Portuguese version of The Traitors. Daniela was quick to celebrate the release of the first episode of the gameshow, which has proven to be a huge hit in many countries around the world.

“The day is finally here!” she wrote in the caption on Instagram, adding, “Ep 1 of ‘Os Traidores (Traitors)’ airs tonight in Portugal and I’m so excited [sic] for you all to meet the contestants!” This has been an amazing show to be a part of… Let’s get started!”
